Bollen. Obtained a PhD in Applied Mathematics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam under supervision of Prof. Sandjai Bhulai, a Master in Applied Mathematics (Chair: Stochastic Operations Research) at the University of Twente and a Bachelor in Applied Mathematics at the University of Twente.
